Gus & Bucky's Car Wash

The line can be long, there is a good reason. This is the only car wash nationwide that I’ve experienced where they use air guns to blow out the interior of your vehicle. I’ve tried other car washes, nothing compares. Their ceramic coating draws in higher end exotic vehicles. You never know what will be shown in the detail area. Like going to an auto show, you never know what’s going to be on display. Finally, this is a family, community driven business. This is not a faceless private equity owned car wash. Gus & Bucky’s owner and team always leaves me cleaner and shinier and they will leave you shinier and cleaner than when you pulled in.

Update 10-15-23. Prices went up and the level of service I received for my Bucky wash, I am disappointed. Been coming here almost monthly with my cars and never needed to wash car after a car wash. My favorite car wash, been here a few times, has long lines at times but they do the same quality job each time. I get the Gus wash since I’m not a fan of tire shines

I took my Tesla Model X today for a car wash at your Bedminster location and had an inferior experience. I have been your customer for the past 4 years and signed up for the Yearly Unlimited Bucky wash each year. To begin with, your guys did not even open the trunk of my car to vacuum, which I ignored, and I felt your guys must be in a rush. Then my car wash was Bucky, but the soap was not coming out of the pipe, so I showed this to your person. He, in turn, discussed it with a manager who is a bit short in height. I have always seen him there. He tells me that because I have a regular wash, not Bucky's. Only when I insisted did he send someone to get the picture of my car tag. Upon scanning, he said I was signed up for Bucky's wash, but their machine must be spoilt. He did not want to admit that one of his team members selected the wrong wash for my car, as I could see all the vehicles behind my car, and the soap dispenser was working. When the car was cleaned and they asked me to be pick up, I showed them several marks on the door that were there. The guy tried to clean it, but the marks did not go away, so I decided to get the vehicle rewashed since I had signed up for UNLIMITED. The person scanning the TAG at the beginning was unhappy and said that these marks would not go and was upset if I wanted to get it rewashed; why did I let the people manually clean them? I had to explain him that without them cleaning, how would I know the marks were there? When the car came out of the system, my car was not attended to, was parked, and left. When I showed this to that manager, he said it was cleaned in the order it came, so I showed him the car after my car was attended to, to which he said that it still needed to be completed. I should wait.....that was very partial of him. For the first time, I noticed your manager was unfair and lying. I would never sign up again at your place and would not recommend your place to anyone. You might be the only one in that area, but I will put my reviews on every sight. If you are an honest owner, I would like you to look into this so that such injustice is not done to anyone else. By the way, the marks had gone after the second wash. Your manager suggested that since my car was wrapped, I would not use any soap on it, but why am I your Bucky wash member, and how do I get rid of stains? He did not have time to discuss patiently and wanted to give his opinion and walk off. Riten Patel

Got the Bucky wash today when I visited for the first time. The car is clean, and they did a nice job. However, after the service was complete and I tipped the employees…as I was buckling my young child into their car seat, one of the employees parked a huge truck behind us and started honking the horn for us to hurry up. Totally understandable if we were taking a long time, but it was less than 10 seconds before he started honking. Additionally, there was an empty spot right next to our car that he could have definitely gone into…Totally soured an otherwise good experience.

I am extremely unhappy with the rude behavior from one of the supervisors in the lot when several people were working on my car. I paid for full service. But they did not do a good job. On top of that when I pointed that out that guy was very rude. I have been here for 17 years and I always go there. But today what happened was unacceptable. Nobody should behave like that with customers. I left a voice mail for them and I need to see if they will even call me. I must get a full refund for today's job.

Finally! A car wash that does a really nice job inside and out. I was impressed at how well the staff dried the car. This is one of the better car washes I have been to. This is a safe and clean car wash for higher end vehicles. Not all car washes are meant to clean a G5 or sports cars. Attention to detail! Keep up the good work. Thank you!
